We offer pre-paid returns for a $14 fee, which will be deducted from your final refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and protective liners attached.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. For customers in the European Union, the statutory right to withdraw and return an order within 14 days, where applicable under consumer protection law, is not affected by the "Final Sale" designation.
