These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all sales made via the website www.poppyshapewear.com ("the Site"), operated by Auguste Metille, Route de Giez 19, 1422 Grandson, Switzerland ("the Seller").

1.  Purpose

These Terms define the conditions applicable to the purchase of products offered on the Site between the Seller and any person or entity making a purchase ("the Client").

2.  Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations (colors, cuts, textures) may occur. The Seller is not responsible for such minor differences.

3.  Prices

Prices are shown in selected currencies (EUR, USD, CHF, etc.), inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are specified during checkout. The Seller may change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4.  Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms. Upon order confirmation, the Client will receive a confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of previous dispute or suspected fraud.

5.  Payment

Payment is made online through secure methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order is effective once payment is confirmed.

6.  Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Client. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are provided as estimates only. These estimated times are not guaranteed.

The only guaranteed delivery timeframe is within 20 days from the order date, except in cases of exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in transportation networks).

The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or such unforeseen events. In case of non-receipt or a damaged parcel, the Client must notify the Seller within a reasonable time using the Sites contact form.

7.  Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable distance selling legislation, the client has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order.

To exercise this right, the client must submit a return request using the contact form available at www.poppyshapewear.com, specifying the order number, the product(s) in question, and the reason for the return.

Return Procedure

Once the return request is validated by our customer service, the return address will be communicated by email.

Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the client.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original packaging intact, within a reasonable time after return acceptance.

Any incomplete, damaged, worn, washed, or soiled product will not be refunded.

Refund

Once returned products are received and inspected, we reserve the right to approve or reject the refund depending on their condition.

If items are deemed compliant and reusable, the amount corresponding to the returned product(s) (excluding initial shipping costs) will be refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from receipt.

8.    Guarantees

The Seller guarantees that delivered products conform to their description. In the event of a proven defect, the Client may contact customer service for a replacement, credit, or refund.

9.    Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products. In the event of force majeure or an unforeseeable event (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, logistical disruptions), the Seller's liability shall not be engaged.

DISCLAIMER CLAUSE (reinforced):

The Client acknowledges and accepts that the use of the products is at their own risk. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be held liable for any physical, aesthetic, allergic, or psychological consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the products sold. The Client must ensure product suitability before use. This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.  Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (text, images, videos, logos, graphic design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11.  Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations. It is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. The Client may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time via the Site's contact form.

12.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction
